HarbyLove provides the HarbyLove app as a Freemium service. This SERVICE is provided by HarbyLove free of charge and is intended to be used as is.

HarbyLove reserves the right to modify the services and content provided on the website at any time. We also reserve the right to restrict or remove profiles, information, and content of users who do not comply with the terms specified in this Agreement. This right can be exercised without prior notice or time limit. Members are obliged to promptly make the changes and/or corrections requested by HarbyLove. If deemed necessary, HarbyLove may make the requested changes and/or corrections itself. Any damages, legal or penal responsibilities arising from failure to comply with HarbyLove's requests for changes and/or corrections are entirely the responsibility of the members.

HarbyLove is not responsible for the content of portals, websites, files, or content accessed through links (links, banners) on the site or the content of services or products offered on these linked portals and websites. HarbyLove reserves the right to remove messages and content that violate the site’s functioning, general rules, or moral standards, and to terminate the membership of users posting such messages or content without any notification. The member is liable to compensate HarbyLove for any damages resulting from the uploading of immoral or illegal content.

Technical issues, errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, delays in transmission, or communication network failures originating from the site or the site may cause interruptions in communication between the site and its members or between members. HarbyLove cannot be held responsible for any issues arising from such interruptions. HarbyLove does not assume responsibility for refunds related to Gold Memberships and "credits" purchased through application download and purchase platforms such as iTunes Store, Google Play, and Windows App Store. These refund processes are unrelated to the site and issues related to refunds are not associated with the site.

Similarly, HarbyLove is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages incurred by third parties related to services, applications, or any content related to these services and applications. In cases of cancellation or delays in the cancellation of Gold Memberships or credits, the platforms mentioned above will be the ones to address. HarbyLove cannot be held responsible for any disputes arising from these issues.

Any visual, written, photographic, and other materials published on the site, including materials in member profiles, cannot be published on other internet sites, newspapers, television, radio, or traditional media without the permission of HarbyLove. All content and works on the site, including works such as 'databases' where data and materials are selected and compiled for a specific purpose and plan, are protected by the Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works, Article 4, Paragraph 7, and are legally protected.

Any images, texts, photos, account information, and other materials requested from users or uploaded to the system at the user's initiative within this application are securely stored in databases or on servers at (https://critworks.com). This process is done over HTTPS protocol and is included in the secure areas of the mobile application.

These Services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 18. If we discover that a child under 18 has provided us with personal information, we will delete such information from our servers immediately. If you are a parent or guardian and you know that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we can take the necessary actions.
